apple&ink was founded in 2010 by Rachel Gott. With over 12 years recruitment experience
Rachel's network includes the most creative and talented people in the industry. Rachel is
well-known for her honest approach to recruitment and for her passion for the creative
industry. Over the years she has lectured at design colleges, organised networking events
and judged awards for recognising new and emerging talent.

Mark Begley joined apple&ink as a Partner in May 2013. Mark has over 15 years experience recruiting creative talent. His knowledge of the digital sector since the boom time of the late 90's is second to none. He has seen the industry move and change, and has helped small start-ups from basements in Old Street become the pioneering leaders of today.

Otto Stevens has been working with apple&ink as a Non-Exec Director since November 2012. Otto was CFO for Iris Worldwide overseeing and managing high growth over 3 continents. Since then he has been an investor and adviser in creative and business services sectors working through his business Waypoint.
